Make music everywhere.
Flip is a sample-based mobile music studio for iOS and Android, designed for a fast and intuitive work flow. Import your own samples, or record sounds directly with your device's microphone or a connected interface. As soon as you record a sound, it’s available to be played on drum pads as well as being mapped across a keyboard. Sounds can be subtly shaped or entirely transformed using the built-in effects and easy-to-use editing tools.
NEWS: Flip's sample pack store will be discontinued on iOS on March 1, 2023 (and it was not a part of the Android release). Afterward, you will still be able to use any packs you've purchased.

Record any sounds, process them with easy to use tools and effects, then perform or sequence them into a track.
DAW Power
Flip provides many features typically only found in desktop digital audio workstations, while remaining quick to use and easy to navigate. Parametric equalizer plus four audio effects per track, sample editing, automation, polymetric looping, piano roll, mixer, mastering chain - it’s all there.
Full Automation
Automate any parameter of any sound you want. Choose between quantized and free modes to express your ideas. You can even change the loop length of each automation lane individually, leading to surprising and complex patterns.
Performance Mode
Once you have a few loops made, the Performance screen gives you fun and immediate gesture-based control over DJ-style effects and live pattern arrangement so you can jam out a track on the fly.
Connectivity
While you can mix and master right within Flip, we’ve also provided options for exporting your full track and individual stems for further work on another device. And with Ableton Link integration, you can play in sync with the rest of your setup.
